1. Can you make my design? No I only do my designs
2. How long does it take to make a custom guitar? Usually three to four months. Depends on the work load.
3. I do not see the pickups I like, can you get the pickups I want? Yes, I can install whatever you want.
4. How do I pay for a guitar? We accept credit cards via PAYPAL, USA Postal Money Order or a wire transfer.
5. Do you offer Neck thru bodies? Yes
6. Can you make another manufacturers model? No I only do my designs.
7. What is the cost of shipping and taxes? At the time of transaction I can give you an estimate, please note if you live in a foreign country you are responsible for taxes, VAT, etc. Connecticut residents must pay state tax.
8. Do you offer endorsements on Custom Guitars? No, I do not offer endorsements on custom work, our prices are low already and even without an endorsement you are getting a great deal.
9. Do you do custom inlays? Yes, it can be done.
10. Do you make seven strings guitars? Yes I do make seven string guitars.
11. Do you make bass guitars? Yes, I do make bass guitars.

ABOUT CUSTOM ORDERS

We are driven, first and always, by our commitment to our customers. We strive to make your purchase as simple and easy as possible by proper communication and mutual understanding. You will not be disappointed.

1. Contact us by E-mail with the specifications of the guitar.
2. Once all the specifications, cost and details are agreed upon; 50% non refundable deposit payment is expected at the time of the order. Methods of payment: USA Postal Money Orders only, Wire Transfer, PAYPAL (Visa, Master Card, American Express, & Discover).
3. Custom orders usually take three to four months for delivery. We will try to get your order out as quickly as possible. Once you have placed the order we will contact you with an estimated date and keep you informed of any changes so you know what is going on.
